Boutique Catering

Objectives
Boutique Catering and Events manages some of the busiest and most prominent cafés in stunning and unique venues in the City of Leeds.  These include The Tiled Hall at the City Art Gallery, City Museum, Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Project Space Leeds and The Gatehouse at Kirkstall Abbey.  It also offers a bespoke catering and hospitality service in these venues and elsewhere for private and corporate hire, as well as offering a full conference service in the Art Gallery and Museum.

PR Activity
Kendra PR was initially appointed to work with the team to increase footfall at quieter times and raise awareness of the out of town venue at Kirkstall Abbey.  As this was the outset of the management of these venues by Boutique, the project evolved into creating and managing all marketing materials, building an image bank, providing a schedule of press releases to support announcements and offers. It was all about devising ways that these venues would be included in relevant regional press.  Kendra PR worked with the team for 3 years and continues to do so in an ‘as needed capacity’.  The cafés are busy, and the events and hospitality arm of the business is thriving – a great set up that merits a lunch or a private booking.
